Dolls are not currently working as they should
The server that runs and processes player's
Dolls has had problems for several days now. We expected it to be a quick "we'll fix it any minute now" solution but after several days and hundreds of attempts, it's definitely not a quick fix anymore!
Features that are related to dolls remain open because a lot of them can still be used (even if the doll doesn't change or update) but we do not recommend using them. We'll continue trying to fix it today and if that fails, we'll start to rebuild and reinstall it from scratch and hopefully it'll be back online early this week. Your
Selfies and Wardrobe Collections are safe - it's just the server that loads how they look that is having the issues.

The Pot of Gold has been relaunched
The Pot of Gold feature was originally created to make it easier for rich players to give away their items to other players, especially newbies, without limits. For the Pot of Gold to remain limitless, the feature had to keep changing over the years to stop it being abused by cheaters. The safer it got, the less fun and more 'broken' it seemed. The new Pot of Gold is now similar to the
Giveaways feature and much more like the other features around Marapets. Players with fewer than
1,000,000MP can visit for FREE once every
hour otherwise it's every
2 hours.
Every item that is donated to the
Pot of Gold is now shown in real time and added to it's
Prize List. Whenever you visit you will win an item selected at random from the prize list - all items are equal odds and every player has the same chance at winning every prize! You can see what items were won and by who at the new
Prizes Won list and there is also a new
High Scores List for those who donated the most items.
Whenever a player drops an item by
Random Event these items now automatically go into the Pot of Gold too! These will show as
Dropped by instead of
Donated by. The
Scrooge feature also continues to add his own items here.
There are new
Settings to give you even greater control over where your donated items go. If you do not want them to go straight into the
Pot of Gold you can instead choose either Beelzebub, Elf or Easter Bunny and your donated items will go to these characters. Your donation will show on their pages in real time and these prizes will accumulate until our annual Halloween, Christmas or Easter events when the characters return!
