The only things I am missing is the event avatars like for halloween and such. But I havent sent a support ticket. Can always do the temple at some point if I need them that badly.

I hope the EEH still takes place.

Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the people saying close the tickets have already had their tickets seen to...
I'm also like Renegade a little sceptical of how many people there are actually asking for extras. It's really easy to go around calling people greedy but everyone fared differently in the crash, some people lost loads, others not so much and some people gained loads but didn't lose much, you don't know every situation...
I had staff say that they had no logs for me having a phantom knutt plushie but returned it anyway (i know for a fact i did, i even keep a list of what's missing from my ghost gallery) and i requested an expensive stamp i lost (from my gallery) but staff only checked my collections where i did have one and assumed that was stamp i'd meant. I don't mean that to sound like a dig at staff, i completely understand and know they're working their butts off and didn't dispute it, i'm just pointing out that maybe these cases of people asking for items they supposedly never had aren't as simple as it's being made out by some of the comments here. If you're happy to redo the avatar temple a dozen times over to get the retired/rare avatars you lost or won enough back in the crash that you can buy what you lost then great but you don't get a sticker for doing so and people who don't do the same aren't greedy :rolleyes:

I didn't even sent a support ticket about my missing avvies yet but the scout upgrade problem I sent the day you posted in the news and still I didn't get a reply. Probably it was already forgotten and filed up with the new ones. Anyway, I'm going to see the important avvies I missed (i.e. treasure chest avvies and costume avvies). Thanks for the hard work staffs.

I'm not sure how I feel about this issue. On the one hand it really irks me with the tone of the post. On the other I really do understand that staff is swamped. I did turn in my ST, I asked for several avies I'm fairly certain I had and 2 items I bought when the chest was out and another item which was gifted. I'm probably missing more but don't really know for sure. Yes I gained some what but I also traded a 2M strawberry pie for a Koob Summoning stone the day of the crash and now that Summoning stone is like 5K maybe even less. It makes me sad. But that isn't the issue, the issue is that there are lots of items we think we had but aren't certain of and the logs aren't obviously clear or up to date to show everything people have/had/don't. Its just tough all around. But to yell or be stern in the overall tone of the post can rub people the wrong way. To tell people its just pixels and to get over it doesn't really help. I put my time and effort into the pixels which is why I am attached to the items/avies and I think others feel similarly. Especially when you put hardwork. Sure there might be a few people who are trying to gain more, but that's not all STs and ALL Maradians.

@ Anie - The EEH is my favorite event on mara, I'd be so upset if it were cancelled as would a lot of people. I think it's unfair to say everyone on the site has to miss out on something they love just so people can submit a ticket asking for things. I understand that you and probably a lot of people are missing some things of value, such as an avatar that would take time to get back like you mentioned, but most people are taking advantage of it. It's not fair to Ian & the staff, or to the rest of us players who are simply trying to put this behind us and move on. We should all be patient and allow the staff to do their job.

I hope the EEH still happens, I'm looking forward to it <3

I'd rather the egg hunt be cancelled and this mess be dealt with first.

There are plenty more years for the EEH.

Ian already said in the comments that the event isn't cancelled

Everyone who's received a reply already like me or who isn't sending a ticket at all can just be patient now and hope the event still goes on, it's only fair that everyone gets the same chance to recover what they lost in the crash.

I only sent in ticket for the missing mission potions,, I am happy for what I did get back so thank you staff I got more back then I ever expected

Kinda feel like a jackass now. I sent in THREE tickets because I had some retired avatars that I'd gotten through the temple that were missing. And like Double or Nothing, which literally took me about 9 years to finally get. But as I sent in the first one, I realized I'd missed a couple, then the third one, because I missed another one. So, I'm a major idiot, basically. But they returned my avatars, and I'm very happy they did, but I could have waited, so I'm sorry for that.
