It's okay, I've been having vague thoughts for more than a year that atheism is probably some cult and I made a mistake in trying to assume the adjective.
Materialists believe people can't think on their own. That said, since they don't believe in free will, I suppose a murder is just doing what's natural and there's no point in trying to change it. *lazy shrug* I'm not even going to bother getting into the whole ghost and soul debate, simply because I don't know if they're meant to be made of something or if they're just a concept. One of those would definitely be a physical, though.
I suppose its their way of feeling important.
