Vicktore is a "reformed" killer Ushunda.... or at least he seems to be trying to be that.
After a series of strange and unfortunate events, he'd rather not say... he decided it was time to retire being killer. It was a really easy thing to say, but it is way harder to actually achieve .
Vicktore nowadays runs a relatively small shop in Vortex Park with his partner in crimeOeli... where he spends a lot of his time cleaning and tidying up the place in hopes that people eventually show up.
