My Marapets journey started about 18 years ago, under the username Kylliah (fun fact: the account still exists!). But, living with 4 other family members who all share one poor Windows 98 computer on dial-up, it was only a matter of time before the sad thing gave out. And it did, and it took all my access to my account with it... My family was too poor to afford another computer until years after, and of course, an 11-year old wouldn't think to write down her email and password, nor know how to reach out to Support for help... so I had to wave good bye to Kylliah *sighs*.
For what it's worth, I think it was Harry Potter related, because I was obsessed with being Daniel Radcliffe's wife, but for the life of me, the memory of my log-in info has long since been lost.

Sometime through my early years, I rejoined under the username EryX and this time, my brother was equally as obsessed over Marapets as I was. We shared everything together - our new Windows XP computer, IP address, and well... Marapets items and currency, which, surprise surprise got us both banned.
But hey, I tried to appeal this but of course, rules are rules and there was no way to retrieve either of our accounts.

Well, here I am again, older and wiser... And instead of using Mara to escape all the grade school and high school bullying I had to endure, I'm now using this platform to blow of some steam after a hard day's work.
Time goes by, both slow and fast! But it's nice to know that something I have discovered as a wee baby has stuck with me over the years...
