Xeno is from same multiverse as Dharak.
He is the scientist who cloned him from Dragonoid.
Being dissatisfied with governing body, he make his ideas for restructure known.
But his home world chase him out due to his free-thinking.



After coming to this world, he attempt to change things by force.
Xeno began to take over using his creations, but fail poorly.
The government put a stop to him and send him to jail.
However, he escape prison and is now label as underground "mad scientist".



Dharak was confiscated from Xeno and was subject of government-funded experiment.
The goal was to enhance strength and intelligence.
But something went very wrong, and Dharak is now a vampiric husk of his old self.



Xeno creates robot and creatures that are label "abominations" by outsiders.
In reality, they are nothing more than public disturbance.
He comes from advanced dimension so he creates high-tech robots and machines.
The speakers on his back emit sound waves that can topple boulders.



Xeno wishes to create more experiments so that one day he can exact revenge.
He does not trust the government with his greatest success.
Nor does he trust them with the well-being of people.
Maybe one day, he will free Dharak and achieve "world order".
But maybe not anytime soon.
