Cogger is a particularly large addow, more apelike in statue than monkeylike. With a heavy brow and a hard stare, his appearance easily hides Cogger's gentle, perceptive personality. In reality, he's quite soft-spoken and takes time to think before he speaks. He enjoys helping his massive family by inventing gadgets to solve minor problems.

He does, however, have a touchy side. It upsets him greatly when others don't give him the same consideration he gives them. He doesn't even have a strong opinion on bananas but without fail, every year, he gets banana-themed objects for his birthday. This puts him into passive-aggressive fits.

When he's not fixing a broken toy, or helping someone put the wheel back on their bike, or ferrying around one of the others in his Ford Solarplexus Wrangler 9000, Cogger is usually in his workshop tinkering with mechanical minipets.

He has a growing fleet of robots, the most beloved of which is the first thing he ever built, Helloworld. He was constructed following blueprints bought from a kid's toy catalogue.
