The tiny mantis shrimp is not to be messed with; it has the strongest punch in the animal kingdom which can break through shell and even aquarium glass. The speed of their punch is up to around 50 mph. The mantis shrimp also has 12 color receptors, compared to humans with only 3. That means that mantis shrimp can see colors that humans cannot, like infrared and ultraviolet (in fact, 5 different shades of ultraviolet!). Unfortunately, they have terrible vision. Womp womp. For instance, they can see blue and green, but no shades in between.
