Among this colorful collection of Marapets is one ominously quiet Zetlian, towering above the rest of them. Most of these characters are cheerful, whacky, or even just dramatic; such traits contrast against Thunderer's soft glare and stiff lip. Perhaps because of these traits, the others tend to gather around Thunderer like a rock in a storm. His response to cuddles is usually to growl but he's never pushed his peculiar family away, and somehow, everyone knows he would die to protect them.

That all said, his no-nonsense nature can end up being a joke in and of itself. He's absolutely devoid of humor to the point of looking like a try-hard, and ends up being the straightman to a lot of his clan's antics. Though he always humors them, he only seems to enjoy himself when he's knocking out some teeth in the battle arena, or leaving his rivals in the dust during sports events. Just as he always supports his family whenever they bother him with their silly drama, his family always comes out to support him too... though they usually have to cover their eyes during his most violent duels.



He also seems to attract Spooks wherever he goes, for some odd reason. He isn't particularly attached to any of them, but he figures they're a responsibility just like the rest of his family and feeds them when they whine. Hellburned eventually gave them all names after they had gone nameless for months. Most of the others think those names are the absolute worst, Thunderer doesn't care either way.
