The Christmas Elf has returned to Marada just in time for Christmas! Make your account look festive with lots of red and green because Elf will be visiting profiles, looking for members with a festive themed doll and rewarding them with gifts. Elf will also be showing up on the forums with give aways for deserving players who have festive dolls, signatures and avatars. You could get rare and retired items or even a festive LE pet.


You do not have to have a festive costume, you can dress up your doll in red, green and gold or silver and white for a frosty look.

If you are a younger player and you do not have access to forums you can still take part. Elf will visit profiles picked randomly from the Online list so make sure you are ready in case Elf drops by.

Our Maraween Character Trick or Treat has just started. It will end automatically on November 12th. To take part in Character Trick or Treat, all you need to do is dress your character up in an approved Halloween Character Costume. Then you can visit the profile of any player that is currently online, hit the Trick or Treat button and receive a prize every time! You can only Trick or Treat each person once per day and you will receive MP or an item. All of these item prizes will retire at the end of this event too!


Remember, there are retired Trick or Treat Costumes on sale at the Account Upgrade Shop until 1st November. You can also win the Vintage Halloween Snowman Costume or Halloween Snowman Costume from the Halloween Snowman. The Character Costumes that will work for this event are as follows:

The 2023 Pumpkin Hunt event has started

Our annual Pumpkin Hunt event is now running until November 5th. As you browse and play the site as normal, check out every page for a Pumpkin in a box. When you find it, click it and you may get an item or MP prize. The are 22 new gourmet Pumpkins and 25 new item prizes you can win and they will all retire at the end of the event. If you're really lucky, you may also win a Cursed Costume or Fake Cursed Costume each time you find a pumpkin. The more pumpkins you find, the more prizes you will win!

At the end of the event, 250 different players who collect the most pumpkins will receive 1,500,000MP and a limited edition Fester Trading Card. The next 250 will just get a Fester Trading Card and 100,000MP

10 random players who will collect 100 pumpkins or more will win £10 AU, 15 will receive £5 AU and 20 players will receive £2 Account Upgrade Credits

A certain Halloween devil has been seen lurking around the site again. We all know how much Beelzebub loves Halloween. As usual Beelzebub has all sorts of Halloween goodies to give away to members who are getting into the Halloween spirit and have a halloween-themed character or profile. Our Birthday Party events have now started and will finish automatically September 2nd.

Each year we love to throw bigger and better parties at MaraPets. Unfortunately each year the residents of Marada also get one year older and find it increasingly difficult to enjoy the party. All of the excitement (and definitely not the repetitiveness) can be a bit too much for them! With so much of their time spent napping, complaining about how much Marada has changed and getting lost en route, time at the actual Birthday Party is limited. Invitations to the Birthday Party were sent out weeks ago but most partygoers didn't read it. Those that did have forgotten or don't want to arrive at the party alone.


As you browse and play the site as normal, a 'Birthday Gift' may show up in a box. When you find it, click it and you will earn Seconds to spend at the Birthday Party. If you're lucky, you may even find Account Upgrades Credit. Once you have an Invitation to the Birthday Party (see how to get this below), you can spend the time you have earned there, where MP and Party Bags will fall from the sky. Collect as many as you can before your seconds run out to win these prizes!

The top 19 players who collect the most gifts will receive a new Trading Card and 19,000,000MP! The next 413 players will win a new Trading Card and either 1,000,019MP, 100,019MP or 19,000MP.
