Over 20 years ago, Baspinar's Castle opened with three political parties promising different changes to Marada. There was just one problem... we hardly had any content to change!
The feature flopped for ten years before becoming the weekly votes for Double Stats at the Gym, Elite Gym, School and University, and the next Shop of the Week. These features remain and they now have new artwork!
Twenty years later.... Baspinar's Castle has Elections again!
Every Sunday, the three parties will reveal a new manifesto of promises for Marada. Every player gets ONE VOTE, and the winning party's promises will take effect the following week. This time, they have a lot more to offer!
The weekly Progress Level Perks that previously changed at random every Saturday are now part of Elections. Starting today, each party will propose its own randomly selected perks, and your votes will decide which set everyone gets next week.
The Costume Boutique is joining in too! Its four monthly Account Upgrades Costume releases will change to one release every week, with the costume decided by the winning party. The £2 AU Credits Costumes will remain limited to once per month.
For the first election, the Advent, Native or Killer Costume will go on sale on October 7th, depending on which party wins. Most elections will also include a 2 for 1 Promotion and the return of a retired Treasure Chest for one day!
The promises also cover which games receive Triple Score Points, Double MP, Double Stats or Bonus Prizes, the Quest of the Day, and the colour selected by the Potions Boutique. There is a whole week of changes to compare!
