I prefer this to the old chibs. The old chibs is soooo boring apart from one or two colours

I have no idea whether to like or dislike this lol :lol: Do i like it because i get the joke or do i dislike it because again, the joke...:lol:

Like some others, I also was excited for the revamp; but I was expecting it to have a style similar to the newer comstumed style (desert, moonlight, Christmas trees, etc), which I would have adored. This, I'm really not a fan of. Unfortunately, I really don't like the entirely of the design. There's not a single aspect that I can pinpoint like others have done with fangs, feet, and tail; I just dislike it as a whole.
I know the artist likely worked hard on this, so I'm sorry you're receiving so much negatively about it. But that's my thoughts on the matter, and clearly many others'
think similarly.

nooo :-( since this apparently isn't an april fools, looks like i may no longer be using my enchanted chibs plushies...its not awful but the chibs was a pet that i hoped would never change, since it would be so hard to get right. Have loved the original since I started playing 10(!) years ago

stuck to the original paw tail ear hair designs just made the lines and anatomy a little better :thumbsup:

I agree, Hex. Just because Ian is saying it isn't a joke doesn't mean 100% for sure that it definitely isn't a joke. He had to play the long con, because when he said that, most people in America weren't even awake yet. They wouldn't have had a joke to wake up to if he had gone ahead and confirmed this was a fake.

The fact that the Chibs has been perhaps the most anticipated revamp, and they did it today, of all days? No way. Gotta be a joke. Adds to it that it was the last revamp released today. Had to establish it first with real revamps to make it look possible that this is real.

Comparing this art to the other revamps, it doesn't match the style at all. Look at the Pet Colours page. It sticks out like a sore thumb. I'm really, really of the opinion that this is April Fools - if I'm wrong, then at least it'll be salvageable with a few tweaks. I think the version Treetoes posted looks pretty nice.
