Appearance: Noelle has long black hair that falls down to the middle of her back in ringlets. The curls of her hair frame her narrow face. She has a small, nose that slopes, and she has full lips that lost their color long ago. She has pale, papery white skin that shows her veins underneath when she's hungry. At one time she had a face full of freckles, though every single one faded when she became a vampire. She has a petite figure that is usually hidden under white dresses that balloon out. She only wears white, which makes her skin even more pale.
Personality: Noelle was scarred long ago from her best friend biting her, than leaving her to fend for herself. She's a usual loner, and she is very independent which she is very proud of. She doesn't trust anyone easily, so people often give up trying to be her friend early. She can be very stubborn, and sometimes she can be impulsive though she tries hard to be rational.
Other: She carries a canvas bag that straps across her body with a piece of broken mirror of her mother's, a locket, and occasional blood bags.
