Marapets

I have been on this site basically since it started, first as Trinisis, then because my account was "lost", I reopened over a year ago as Uniquisis.
I have seen many, many changes. Watched as new things opened and went through the "time of the many bugs" lol. Through all of it, I remained understanding and calm, knowing that staff was capable of human feats only, no superhero strengths. Now I am also on another site (no not that over commercialised one), which because of the agreement between pet sites to not mention each others names, I will not say the name of. This site is now undergoing massive changes and server problems, as marapets did awhile back as well. The reason I mention all of this is due to member reaction on both sites. MOST people whine and complain and have the audacity to threaten legal actions because they paid REAL money for these sites. My faith in humanity has actually lowered a bit watching people threaten and demand, thinking that they alone can scare the servers and the people working round the clock in zombie-ish states to, all of a sudden 'smarten up' and click that single button that has been stopping the site from operating correctly. Wow, why didn't the owners think of that?? Seriously, these people need to take a breath and see that it's not a life or death situation, your health, your family, your happy home is not at risk. So how about try this, SMILE...then breath deep and trust that everyone is working at FULL capacity, if I remember correctly when Ian had to do the server switch, he actually worked so long and hard he got ill doing it, all because he was trying to keep people happy. Kudos to you Ian and kudos to all staff who work so hard to make our internet life fun and exciting. There are actually quite a few of us who care

Checkered Dress

I want to thank blahthe1st for being so kind and not only paying what the dress was worth BUT ALSO tipping me 10k, which was so not necessary but amazingly gracious of her.
To everyone else who mailed me and offered with side notes saying I was charging too much and "fair market value" was 1350 or whatever... you have no clue. There is no market value as the dress was a gift for a referral week event. It does not restock, there wasn't any in trades and none in auctions. Someone actually tried to tell me they priced it in a shop for 10k once, then why didn't you buy it then??? Come on...I wasn't born yesterday nor was I born under a rock.
