It's been a while since I have written any blog entries, in fact, it's been a few years. So, I thought I might write one and keep track of my Gourmet Food, Stamp Album and Plushie goals.
Yesterday I discovered Kamilah Traveler in the Kamilah Desert, looking for someone to help him with his quests. I accepted his quest and found, for the first few rounds, his items were less expensive than most other quests.
My first round I might have spent 1,000MP for a few frivolous items I found cheapest through the shop search. My prize? Kamilah Code J, worth $424,990 in user shops. Excited, I played through a few more quests and saw the price of items rising. I never did find another code piece like I had before, however I did get something great this morning.
It's a great feeling to log into your account and see that someone has spent a great deal of money in your shop. Yes, someone had been searching for the Kamilah Code J and loved my price. Ka-ching! So, my thoughts for today, although I have paid a lot of money to go through Haunted House quests, and various others... I have always made my money back in the long run with collected items.
But once in a while it's worth it to try a few new quests, even if you've been burnt in the past. Keep at it, and we'll both be rolling in the marapoints before long!
Taking a quick visit to the Obese Fairy will educate you on feeding your pet gourmet foods, and reaping the benefits and gifts from reaching preset goals.
This entire weekend has pretty much been dedicated to bumping up my TookaPooka's level to 175. Reaching such a number from zero in 24 hours feels like quite the feet as well. I've scoured every food store, including the bakery, chocolate, gourmet meat, diner, and charity store to say the least.
Users may also purchase a Gift Box from the Account Upgrades so you can view every item you haven't fed your pet. This way I'm not feeding TookaPooka the same food, and I'll know right off the bat what to search for.
All of this work may seem like a lot of wasted time... but I guess that's just one point of view. I have been playing Marapets for over 7 years and I've banked up a couple million. If you'd like to know how I've accumulated my small amount of wealth, continue reading my blog. You'll also find tips and read about the ways I keep Marapets fresh.
