Genshin Impact problems for me

I JUST WANT A FIVE STAR CHARACTER. I want Venti or Jean, maybe Diluc idk. Just any five star character. I used all my primo gems trying to get one, and all I got was 3 star weapons?? And where are the anemoculus??? Im almost to level 5 with the Anemo statue thing, but there are no anemoculus, where are they usually at? And I need to get to AR level 23 to continue the archon quests, but it doesn’t show any world bosses? Where are they? And why is everyone bullying me for my stamina level?? Please feel free to answer, as I am having a lot of questions
