1mill Kamilah run

Out of a mixture of boredom, the need for kamilah codes for the pyramid, and the fact we're in the last day of double codes for player over level 50, I'm doing a 1mill code run!

I will be doing the quest as I usually wood, I'll use items in my attic when possible, the only thing I won't be doing is waiting for the clock to run out if items cost over 9k each, with the exception being if it glitches and ask me for something retired or over 20k value
