Mythical Aegions (Greek rp)

The Aegions are a species that are part human, mostly god derived people. They live in another kingdom, with a portal that can only be conjured by Aegions. There is a Council and a royal family where they rule the Aegions population. They are born from the Olympians mixing with ancient Greeks that make the Aegions very powerful, containing powers that see themselves higher than humans or Muses. They live up to a thousand years. Only pure, good souls go to the Isle of the Blessed.

But Hera, the Queen of Goddesses, hated the Guardians, a group derived from Hercules who are mainly seven Guardians. He was a selfish hero that compared himself to the gods insultingly, so she put a curse on the Aegions so that they would never be complete with themselves, or in other words embraced with their powers fully, until they meet their Soul Mate. These Soul Mates are the complete opposites of most Aegions to the point that some are one of the Muses, in which the Aegions despise the most. Also, losing a Soul Mate makes the person feel as if their entire soul is ripped in half and gives a century of mourning, depression, and pain, as well as the feeling that their powers will never be fully embraced.

Muses are half human, half Aegion where an Aegion mates with a human and leaves them to have a child, the Muse. They are hated by Aegions because they believe humans are weak and corrupt so the Muses are left to either die by Daemons, or live amongst the human population. Muses have powers also, but their range of fuel for power is less than Aegions. For example, they can use their power less than Aegions can.

People can be either of these type of charries:

Aegion: Half god, half human in which they live in Aegia, the kingdom separate from the human world. Their job is to find their Soul Mate in order to embrace their powers or full-fill themselves to duty to protecting the Aegion people but never have completed powers.

---Guardian Aegion (only 7): They are derived from the hero god Hercules and are mainly powers with strength or in battle.

---Royal Aegion: They are the top most Aegions derived from the most powerful Greek gods and rule over the Aegions with the elderly Council.

Muse: Half human, half Aegion people who are despised by the Aegions mainly because of their human derived side. The Aegions are more powerful so they want to stay pure with the Olympians power. They contain powers like Aegions, but can only use them less.

Daemon: A corrupt, tortured criminal soul sent to Hades to be mutated into a bloodthirsty creature sent on the human world to collect Muse power energies or feast on human blood. They can disguise themselves as humans for a while but have an odd sense about them.

The plot is mainly that the Greek gods don't interfere with the Aegions or humans and focus on other important things. So the Aegions and daemon armies have been at war for thousands of years because Hades loves to absorb the godly power from killed Aegions or Muses. He is secretly against the Olympian gods because he was cast to only rule in the Underworld. So now Hades becomes more of a threat to Aegia since he wants to take over them.

slayer vs. demons plot

In the hot, crisp Sahara desert, archeologists found an ancient temple deep under the mounds of sand while heading towards another African state at night. It seems only a small part of it was revealed but they were curious so they continued the dig. However, they found a temple that seemed to have different structures of Roman, African, Egyptian, and Aztec influence. But they didn't understand why unknown symbols were put on the walls and pictures of angels and devils. Inside, they accidentely opened a portal meant to be closed for centuries... and demons slaughtered everyone in sight. But something was different, since usually they take form of shadows. But now, it seems they can take human form in order to invade into the human world. Humans have started to see strange cases with these creatures and barely know anything about them but few decided to set up a slayer society in order to protect humankind from these gruesome creatures. The thing is... they don't know a lot about them.
