Zombie Cupcakes story, as told by Alea

In a land where cupcakes run rampant, the Cupcake queen resides. She is leader of the cupcakes and her name is Carleigh. Carleigh is a happy cupcake but is easily angered. In her Kingdom of Icing she rules her subjects fairly; she is friendly to those who please her and punishes those who make her unhappy. Her kingdom is thriving and all is merry, until one day the Unbaked Ones come! The Unbaked Ones are poor souls who were never loved enough to be finished being made by our all creator, The Baker. They were not exactly unbaked, but half baked; their frosting uncaringly slapped on. The Unbaked Ones were crumbly, easy to fall apart and pretty much considered undead. These groups of non-cupcakes were known to terrorize townships, attacking cupcake citizens. These citizens would grow sick and become like the others. They formed into gangs, groups of individuals known as the Zombie Cupcakes. The Zombie Cupcakes??? goal was world domination, and the only way to do that was take down the Queen. The Queen had noticed all that was going on in her kingdom and the activities of the ones whom called themselves Zombie Cupcakes. She sent her good advisor, Jewbox, to investigate and to fix this problem. Jewbox led the war party to do battle with these transformed cupcake citizens. The battle commenced and it raged for days, many lives were lost and injuries appeared everywhere. It was said that some of the ranks of the Queens soldiers were bit and were becoming quite ill. These cupcakes ended up dying, but there was no time for a proper burial, the troops had to march on. So these contaminated cupcakes were left as they were. The battle continued for many more days and there seemed to be a group of reinforcements were spotted on the horizon coming to help, for they were wearing the Queens colors. But it was not so! These were zombified cupcakes! The Queens soldiers were attacked in their sleep and even the war party leader Jewbox! All that can be said about the experience is that the Queens soldiers awoke zombified. They began to trudge their way back to the castle where a terrorized screaming began. Nobody seemed to want to be near these strange cupcakes in the Queens colors. Jewbox made her way to the Queens room. The guards who stood sentry in front of Queen Carleigh???s room denied her entry because of Jewbox???s zombified appearance. Enraged, Jewbox attacked these guards and demoted them from their ranks, for she was the Queens??? advisor, she had that power to do so. Inside the Queens chamber, Carleigh stood there, shocked. An owl was perched on her shoulder; it was her messenger and sole source of information of the goings on outside of the castle. She whispered an urgent message hastily into her owl Emily???s ear and it took off towards the balcony. But the balcony was blocked off by Rein who grabbed Emily???s leg and held her down in a painful position and then bit her. Emily shrieked in pain and then passed out, seemingly dead. Rein was a part of the plot the soldiers had cooked up. In Jewbox???s absence she took control and they all decided they didn???t want to be outcasts to the castle citizens and that if the whole kingdom were zombified all would be okay. Rein wanted to be the one who did the deed to take the glory so she strode into the Queens chamber where she now stood frozen in terror. Queen Carleigh was utterly enraged; she shook with fury at the sight of her poor Emily laying crumpled on the floor. Carleigh charged at Rein but was overcome in an instant bitten, and she fell to the ground in a cry of pain. Jewbox rushed to her aid as Rein escaped. As word was spread of the Queens fall, the Land Of Icing mourned. The kingdoms minstrel Ave came and song a sad song of the loss of the Queen. All they knew was that the Queen would awake soon but not as herself. How she would accept her transformation was a mystery. Emily was the first to awake and all were thrilled! Minutes later the Queen sat up groggily and all present made a joyous sound! And the Queen Carleigh made a decree that all would be as she was and soon the whole land of Icing became zombie Cupcakes, and no more war need be raged. This is the story of Zombie Cupcakes and we are proud of our history. Join us...
