ATM and Maraween Activities

Hi everyone,

Sending this out a day early in case I lose Internet from the hurricane.

We have lots of fun Maraween events planned for you. Between Marapets events and ATM club events, it will be a very busy month.

I will have ATM blog links listed on the timeline of my Maraween Planning page and Victorianartist is setting up a club page for us with all the info. The club page will become active on September 28th.

When I was going through AbsolutNormal???s blogs, I found 3 ATM Maraween banners. If you would like to use one, I have the images and coding on my Maraween Planning blog.

Starting out the month 10/1-10/7, we have the Evil Clown Dress Up Party (hosted by teramarie). Head on over to teramarie???s blog to post a selfie of your best Evil Clown costume and compete for prizes. Be creative with whatever wardrobe items you own. You do not need a special costume.

ValiantJames will host Pumpkin Smash throughout the month of October. If you see a pumpkin in the quiz, it means a Pumpkin Smash game is going on. The rules are simple. Guess the correct letter in ???pumpkin smash.??? You win the pumpkin and a surprise trick or treat.

Through the generosity of our club members, we will also have lots of Maraween themed quizzes and raffles. If you would like to help out as well, we will be using these items throughout the month of October: Halloween treats, Halloween costumes, magic or enchanted items, potions, poisons/poisonous items, orange, black, or dark colored items, mutant items, haunted items, killer items, event items - Pumpkin Hunt, Pumpkin of Gold, Elger, Character ToT, Halloween Snowman, Halloween Alien, Undying Festival, Phantom Four prizes, Beelzebub, Apocalypse items, witches, vampire, zombie, mummy, ghosts, skeletons, black cats, bats, undying minipets, pumpkins, bones, evil clowns, voodoo, spells, blood, etc.

Keep an eye on club auctions. Several members have expressed interest in holding 1 mp auctions. Anyone is welcome to hold member only auctions. All items are welcome at any time. Just post in club chat so members know to go check them out.

Registration begins the first week of October for our next event ??? ATM Wheel of Fortune (hosted by Aimee). Sign up for Wheel of Fortune between 10/1-10/9. All those that sign up to play will be divided into 3 teams (Red Team, Yellow Team, and Blue Team) and assigned to a team when you sign up or no later than October 10th. Each team will need a captain for calling letters/solving puzzles in the main group chat. Teams can choose a captain on their own, however if no captain is chosen by the start of game play, a captain will be assigned for your team. If fewer than 6 club members sign up, players will play the game as individuals. Game play will be live October 13th at 12 pm Mara time. All entrants receive prizes and members of the winning team can choose prizes valued between 14 mil mp and 18 mil mp. Head over to Aimee???s blog for more info and to register.

ATM Trick or Treating registration (hosted by Swetanew) will open no later than 10/7 and run through 10/13. Keep checking the club page or my Maraween Planning blog for updates. When I have more info about registration, I will also post in club chat. ToT will begin on October 15th and run through the end of the month. You just need to create a Trick or Treating blog, post it on Swetanew???s blog during the sign-up period along with your username and then start trick or treating the 15th from the list on Swetanew???s blog. Leave each participant a quick message and a treat. Make sure to deliver all your tricks and treats by Halloween.

Mid-month, Teramarie will host ATM Maraween Secret Decoder 10/8- 10/18, and I will be hosting the ATM Blood Bath Ball 10/10-10/14. Enter to win Blood Splattered Gloves. All you have to do is post a photo of your character in your Blood Ball Costume. You can wear anything you want, but it must include blood or the illusion of blood.

Mara???s Halloween Snowman returns on 10/15, and I will be hosting the ATM Halloween Snowman Challenge 10/15-10/20. Everyone who enters will win a random Maraween related item from my attic. It could be a Halloween treat or a prize from Beelzebub, Elger, Halloween Snowman, Halloween Alien, or the Pumpkin Hunt. Top prizes are listed on my blog. Whether you choose to be part of the challenge or not, I suggest you get as much questing done right away as you can because Character Trick or Treating begins on the 21st.

For those who have never participated in Maraween, the easiest way to do Character Trick or Treating is to use the online list and use an app to change the color of the links you have already visited. By then, Maraween will be in full swing with Beelzebub, Terrified Time Machine, Phantom Four Extra Gore, Pumpkin of Gold, Cursed Clock Tower, Halloween Snowman, Character Trick or Treating, Elger Trick or Treating, Ghostly Graves, and something called Pancake Pandemonium keeping all of us busy.

Dani will finish off the month with her annual ATM Maraween Trivia Extravaganza on Halloween. Lots of fun trivia questions and prizes. She usually announces the exact time a week or so beforehand.
