Hot Peppers is twirling the rope very fast, so if you want to
do Hot Peppers ya need to know how to make it through the ropes. This really works.(Oh and this is 4 long jump rope)

1.First ya gotta find out how fast your twirlers twirl.


2.Then ya have to tell them go at a regular speed
then to get faster.

3. After you tell them to get fast, DO NOT JUMP BETWEEN
!!!JUMPS!!!

4. Just Jump like a kangaroo. Jump. Jump. Jump. Do not
jump like skipping. Just jump like you are doing
jumping jacks. But dont spread your legs apart.

5. The most important rule: Don't get discouredged if
ya don't make it on ya first try.
