Seven new Teal items have been added as prizes around the site. Win Teal Pancake from the Pancake Pile, Teal Feather and Teal Feather Plushie from Talon, Teal Jelly from the Jelly Castle, Teal Potato from Guess the Weight, Teal Gumball from the Gumball Machine, Teal Sugar Cube from the Sugar Stack game and finally, the Ball of Teal Yarn from Farming quests.
The Anlur, Drinas, Koob, Lubadore and Shmancy minipets can now wear the new Ball of Teal Yarn.

A brand new Teal Costume is now restocking in the Costume shop. 73 out of 76 pets can now wear this new costume.
The Dukka Coin Exchange no longer charges you a 10% tax on certain Dukka Coins. You can now exchange them for their original value. The chances of winning a Dukka Coin from all features on the site have been increased.

We would like to give you all an update on Support Tickets. Staff are all working extremely hard to restore the site to normal after the issues we had in February. We all want to recover from this as quickly as possible and move on. We suggested opening a Support ticket for the handful of avatars/pets/items that you are really sad to be missing or can't easily replace. We were hoping that you would be understanding and with the amount you gained from the recovery, you would use to rebuild anything missing. The number of support tickets we have received has been overwhelming. We simply cannot keep answering 500+ tickets a day and they still keep coming quicker than we can answer them! We understand that many players are still missing some items but please remember everyone received back a lot of items that they had previously used or sold. There are many more items on the site at the moment due to this and we strongly urge players to buy items from user shops where ever possible.
Please only send a support ticket for items that are rare or not available for sale on the site.
Many tickets we receive are asking for items players are missing that they had used/traded/sold already. Many are sending in Paypal receipts expecting a refund of items purchased that were used/sold/traded already. Some of these longer tickets are taking several hours each to investigate and deal with, only to be sent several more asking for other stuff. Our time was supposed to help return things you cannot easily replace. As a result of this, we are putting Pet Renames on hold again for this month and our Easter Egg Hunt may need to be cancelled this year if we cannot get these tickets under control.

A new Invisible Account Upgrade has been released, with 8 new items. The Unncessary Perfection Instructions were released in Account Upgrades in February 2014. As a special limited time, you will receive 3 or 4 random pieces of this retired map. There is a 1 in 3 chance you will receive 4 pieces instead of 3 pieces. Completing the Unncessary Perfection Instructions allows you to change the order of your Pets and organise your Plushie, Plate and Photo Collections. You can also organise your Battle Deck, which is really useful for anyone who is battling a certain opponent. You can move opponent you are currently battling to the top of your Battle Arena list. This AU will retire April 30th.
Can you find the 'Invisible' Hidden Avatar? There was already an Invisible avatar and that has been changed to 'Blank' with a new solution. If you already had this avatar before, it has changed to 'Blank'.
There are 48 pets that can now wear the new Invisible Costume.
A new feature has been added to the City Sewers. The SPAM Fairy rewards you for the number of messages you have posted on MaraTalk. Remember you need to pay a one time fee of 100,000MP to gain access to MaraTalk.
The SPAM Fairy has been added to the Rewards page and City Sewers map.
Today's random theme is PRISON and 4 new missing Prison Pets have been released.
From now, whenever any of your pets are freed or bribed out of Prison they will now be counted on your pet's profile.

There has been some confusion over the re-release of the Scout Account Upgrades. All Account Upgrade purchases AFTER this were automatically returned to you in full, even if you used, sold or gave them away. Everyone majorly gained from this. The Scout Upgrade wasn't affected in the same way and only a few people are missing these items. They have been re-released so that you can re-purchase these if you are missing some. Over £1,000 is given away FREE each month in the Monthly Checklist and even more from Goals, Temples, etc. As so many of these items were returned automatically, their prices are much lower than usual. You should use the MP and items you have gained to buy/trade for most things you are missing.
Anyone who is definitely missing out on purchases of Scout Upgrade items and can prove it, we have asked to send us a Support Ticket. We asked you to send us the proof of purchase from Paypal and let us know how many of these Scout AUs you purchased. The more proof or information you send us, the quicker and more likely we can verify and return these.

The Quell and Chibs will retire April 15th and will not be avaliable in Account Upgrades again until 2019.
The Monthly Checklist draw for February 2017 was sadly missed out because of the Marapocalypse. This means that £1,000 in FREE Account Upgrades Credit was not given out! To make up for it, between now and April 15th, you will receive ONE entry ticket to an AU Raffle everytime you complete ANY level of ANY mission or find any Hidden Avatar. The more tickets you earn, the more chances to win! You have been earning these tickets automatically since the site re-opened!
The Gym, Elite Gym and School have all started a Triple Stats Promotion until May 31st. They will all ask for double the normal Crystals, Diamonds or School Supplies and when you complete a session you will receive 3 stats instead of the usual 1. If the Double Training promotion also applies, you will receive 4 stats instead of 3!

The Quell limited edition items from the Account Upgrades Shop and the Scout Gold Upgrade have been put back on sale.
The Rainbow Costume was first released in July 2005 (over 11 years ago!!) in Account Upgrades and the costume has been retired and neglected ever since. We have released a new version of the Rainbow Account Upgrade with 8 new Rainbow themed items and either a Rainbow coloured Ercuw or Speiro Enchanted Plushie. This AU will retire April 10th.
There are 29 new pets that can wear the Rainbow Costume. We have also updated 30 Rainbow pets to their newer version. In total 72 out of 76 pets can now wear the Rainbow Costume - this costume will soon be wearable by ALL pets!
