The Battery Shop has 124 new items now restocking, bringing the total number of battery items to 180. As these items are all also toys for your pet to play with (it may take a while) eventually with these extra items, the battery shop restocking much more often and some lower rarity and price batteries on sale, the Robot Repair quests will get easier.

Queen Eleka's Loyalty System has 40 new levels of prizes, increasing by 1,200 days of loyalty with us! You are now rewarded for visiting us for 3,060 unique days.



The Knutt House quests have been updated. It's been over 10 years since this quest was released and was somewhat dated. The Knutt House is basically the Marapets staff room, where the marapets staff who go crazy from the constant server errors and complaints from players end up and are fed nuts from the Nutty Tree. The original joke/theme of this quest remains the same but we agree that the word 'mental' isn't really appropriate anymore - it's great to see how far mental health awareness has come in the past decade!

The Mental Costume has been renamed to the Staff Costume and the Staff Knutt has been revamped. This change was due many years ago but other costumes were on the revamp list first! The rest of the staff pets will be revamped shortly and more pets will soon be able to wear this costume. As always on Marapets, nothing here should ever be taken too seriously and if you are easily offended with any of the (bad) attempts at humour on here, maybe we are not the site for you!

The limited edition/restricted pet potion flash sale in the Account Upgrades Shop has been very popular and these will most likely sell out today. As we had originally said that they would retire 20th August, a very small number will be back on sale nearer to this date for those who missed out.



The Rainbow Fairy has new 22 prize levels to be won. You will now receive prizes for each pet that has up to 2,350 Transformations collected. Click here to find out more about pet transformations.



The Gizmo, Lati, Quell and Raulf can now wear the Thunder Costume.

As promised, a new random flash sale for limited edition or restricted pet potions has started in the Account Upgrades Shop. For only £4 Account Upgrade Credit, you will receive either a Nino, Quell, Raulf, Sindi, Snookle, Straya, Sybri, Tasi, Vixen, Vlad or Willa potion. There is a 1 in 3 chance you will receive a restricted pet rather than a limited edition pet. The full list of potions can be viewed here.

These items are set to automatically retire on 20th August but as this is a flash sale and these are items are limited, if the maximum amount of these items are sold before this date, they will retire early!



The Mutant Flab, Quell, Speiro and Sybri have been updated to the newer design.

Foxfire Forest Goals have 25 new levels for you to complete. You can now complete up to 50 levels. There are 11 new item prizes, lots of MP and £3 Account Upgrade Credits to be won. Every world now has 50 levels of Goals to complete.

The Mutant Gobble, Gonk, Grint, Newth and Rusty have been updated to the newer design.




The Battery Shop items have all been revamped and the shop now restocks more often. New battery items will also be released for this shop soon!

The July 2019 Olympics has taken place and the 90 winners have been announced. If you were a winner of this event, you will now have your prize. A new Olympic event has now started.

The Mutant Knutt, Kujo, Lati, Reese, Renat and Rofling have been updated to the newer design. The Mutant Lorius has also been released meaning that all 77 pets can now wear the Mutant Costume.

A new Account Upgrades Promotion has started. The Trumpet Solo, Lace Sleeved Hoodie and Ripped Jeans prizes have been replaced with a Philharmonic Orchestra, Oversized Hoodie and Learn Instruments. All players will receive these 3 new items and 30% extra credit for FREE with their next purchase of Account Upgrades Credit.


The Crikey, Ercuw, Hump, Poera, Pucu, Speiro, Vixen and Vlad can now wear the Thunder Costume and the Gonk, Ideus, Viotto and Vixen can now wear the Sewers Costume.

Congratulations to Marching Band for winning the Band Camp Event. We hope you all enjoyed the event! Your Band Camp Event Badges are on your Profile - all players should visit this page now to claim any prizes or trophies.


All players who have earned at least one badge for Marching Band will receive 5,000MP. If you earned all 30 badges for Marching Band, you will receive 100,000MP, a gold trophy and 3 of each bonus prize. If you earned 20 or more, you will receive 50,000MP, a silver trophy and 2 of each bonus prize. Earning 10 or more badges you will receive 25,000MP, a bronze trophy and one of each of the Bonus Prizes.

If you are on the losing team, Rock Band, you can now claim your gold, silver or bronze trophy if you have enough badges. If you earned enough badges for Rock Band, you will receive a bonus prize Marching Band Burger.

There's less than 48 hours until the Band Camp Event ends and the Spring Account Upgrade is retired. Prizes for the Top 100 players and those on the winning team will be rewarded in the first week of July.

The Azul, Bolimo, Limax, Oglue, Straya, Sybri, Zetlian and Zoink can now wear the Thunder Costume and the Nino, Oglue, Yakubi and Yuni can now wear the Sewers Costume.

The Crindol, Knutt, Kujo, Pucu, Sindi, Speiro, Zola, Zoosh can now wear the Sewers Costume and the Dakota, Echlin, Newth, Nino, Renat, Rofling, Yakubi and Yuni can now wear the Thunder Costume. You can win a Sewers Costume from the Sewer Cleaner mission and the Thunder Costume from Greedy Gertrude mission.

A new Musical Account Upgrade Set has been released, with 7 new musical themed items, a retired Musical Costume and either a Musical Enchanted Plushie or Musical Potion. This set is on sale until July 31st. You can choose if you would like the main prize to be an Enchanted Quell Plushie or Potion. The Chibs, Gizmo, Gobble, Hump, Huthiq, Jessup, Kronk, Phanty, Straya, Zetlian and Zoink can now wear the Tiger Costume. This means that all 77 species of pet can now wear this costume!

One of the oldest costumes on Marapets, the Mutant Costume, is finally being updated. The Eyru, Straya and Zola can now wear this costume and 13 other pets have been updated to the newer style. We hope you like the changes!

The Transformation Temple was released 18th August 2008 and the site has changed a lot since then. We have updated the layout of the Temple to make it easier to use on mobile devices, we have new artwork and it's final prize has been changed. The Staff of the Light Fairy has been moved to the Millionaire's Lodge (will retire from here June 30th) and the final prize has been changed. You can now select any missing pet colour transformation for the pet inside the temple - similar to what a Fake Costume does. This means that if your pet is currently a Decadal, you can select any costume a Decadal can wear that the pet hasn't already been before and it will add this transformation to it's collection but will not change the pet at all.



Some of the oldest Balloons have new artwork - which also refreshed the Balloon Burst game. There are also 15 new balloon items on sale at the Balloon Shop.

A new Punk Account Upgrade Set has been released, with 7 new Punk themed items, a Punk Costume (retired since April 2008) and either a Punk Enchanted Plushie or Punk Potion. This set is on sale until July 31st. You can choose if you would like the main prize to be an Enchanted Punk Plushie or Potion. There is 1 in 3 chance you will receive a limited edition Limax instead of Kaala, Knutt or Tantua.





All of the other pets that can wear the Punk Costume have been updated.

Our new summer event started midnight June 1st. All players are automatically invited to join a Band to complete challenges for. Are you Marching Band or Rock Band? There are over 70 different types of challenges you could be asked to complete - including quests, missions, restocking and battling! You will earn a point for your band after you complete each challenge and you may also win an MP or item prize. All prizes retire at the end of the event.

There are 30 different badges for you to collect - one for each day in June. Complete 20 or more challenges each day and you will receive the badge. Earn all 30 badges for a gold trophy on your profile, 20 for silver and 10 for bronze.

The more badges you earn, the more prizes that will unlock for you to win! When you earn 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 badges, new prizes will be unlocked for you to win! This means that a small amount of the item prizes can only be won from players who earn most badges!


At the end of the event, the winning band (if you earn 3 or more badges) will receive extra bonus prizes - so keep earning points for your team! There will also be prizes for the top 150 players who earn the most points and each day random players will earn Account Upgrade Credits to 10 random team players who receive a badge each day.

A new Musical Treasure Chest is on sale at the Account Upgrades Shop. It will automatically retire July 15th. You can open this item to receive 8 different, random new items, including new clothes, wigs, footwear, minipet, gourmet food and accessories. You will not receive duplicate items inside a single treasure chest.
