When we moved servers last June/July, it broke our Level Games and caused a lot of issues for players who played any of them during that time. The biggest issue was that it reset and re-issused the Level Rewards. It has taken many months to go through the thousands of players it affected but anyone who gained items from it have had these removed. If you had experienced issues with any of our games, these should all be fixed now!

The Nutty Tree now has 78 exclusive items that can only be won during Pet Days each year

When a Pet Day arrives, the Nutty Tree swaps its usual rewards for a themed set of prizes just for that pet. This kicks off automatically this Sunday for Raulf Day. Any prize you win will be a Raulf Pinecone, which retires once the day ends and won't return until Raulf Day next year!

Our 25th Arcade Game has been released

We had our first ever Solar Flare weather event May 3rd, 2025 where players launched gumballs into space. After six hours, these turned into planets that other players were able to discover. Congratulations to Druanna who discovered a gumball launched by slipknotfan4ever. Their planet travelled the furthest at 504,093,069 km and they both shared £100 Account Upgrade Credits. The players who launched and discovered the top 500 planets with the greatest travel distance have been rewarded with prizes, including MP or AU Credit

Over 150,000 gumballs were launched into space, forming new planets mapped by all four teams during Planet Patrol. Although gravity has since stabilised, scientists warn it could shift again at any time. Grabbity was built in preparation for its return. Can you rescue Mooki, Plob, Runk, Tribbi, Zarny and Zibble in low gravity?

As you can see, this game was planned to be released right after the Planet Patrol event, so the winners of the Solar Flare event were on hold to be released with this game. There are other new features that were also planned to be released with this event too, which is why the winners of these events are still not announced. As always, Marapets is built by a very small team, and with so many new features and story elements tied to this event, things didn't move as quickly as we'd hoped. We won't make that mistake again but we still want to release everything as planned, so the winners will be announced soon!

To stop the Glitched weather, we have to turn Marada off and on again. This means there will be a short Blackout until its back on. Here's what happens:


All Candle, Devil, Fire, Fire Fairy, Lightning, Light Fairy, Neon, Sparkle and Strobe pets will receive FREE training at the Gym and Elite Gym and FREE lessons at the School and University.

Visit the Telescope for 20,000MP during a blackout and you'll win one of these amazingly detailed Photos of each world in Marada.
Without any power, the Operations Portal has reset to factory settings and will change the colour of any pet that uses it to black or white. No species changes will happen at the Operations Portal during a blackout.

Whenever there is a blackout event, the retired Galactic Treasure Chest is back on sale at the Account Upgrades Shop.
It will automatically retire again when power is restored to Marada.
The blackout has Baspinar's Castle and Eleka's Castle in darkness 24 hours a day. Therefore the Knutt Knight will stay sleeping and his quests cannot be completed but the Troll mission will stay open 24 hours a day. The Bank has decided to remain open throughout the blackout.

Ublish no longer needs your help finding stars for his mission - it's so dark he can see them himself and has taken a well earned vacation!
