Visit the Town Hall in the City of Marada to use this item from the Account Upgrades shop. You can change your username as many times as you like but your older usernames will never leave you. If your username is 'Ian' and you change it to 'Ian2', the 'Ian' username will still work at the login page.
Other players will never be able to use your older usernames once they have changed. Both your new username and any of your previous usernames will still link to your account on the site search.
