The Knutt House quests have been updated. It's been over 10 years since this quest was released and was somewhat dated. The Knutt House is basically the Marapets staff room, where the marapets staff who go crazy from the constant server errors and complaints from players end up and are fed nuts from the Nutty Tree. The original joke/theme of this quest remains the same but we agree that the word 'mental' isn't really appropriate anymore - it's great to see how far mental health awareness has come in the past decade!
The Mental Costume has been renamed to the Staff Costume and the Staff Knutt has been revamped. This change was due many years ago but other costumes were on the revamp list first! The rest of the staff pets will be revamped shortly and more pets will soon be able to wear this costume. As always on Marapets, nothing here should ever be taken too seriously and if you are easily offended with any of the (bad) attempts at humour on here, maybe we are not the site for you!
The Toddler Costume was first released in May 2007 in Account Upgrades and the costume has been retired and forgotten about ever since. A new version of the Toddler Account Upgrade has been released, with 8 new toddler themed items and either a Toddler coloured Vlad or Reese Enchanted Plushie. This set also includes a retired Toddler Costume, so this AU will retire earlier than normal, in less than 3 weeks, on August 10th.
The Chibs, Huthiq, Mordo, Reese and Yuni have been updated and are now wearing the new version of the Toddler Costume.

The Slater Park, Candyland and Ziranek world maps have been updated with our new Location Highlights when you hover over an area.
The problem with Shop Size has been fixed. When you search for an item on Shop Search or Price Checker, it will still show the cheapest items first, but when prices are the same, it will show the shop with the highest Shop Size first.
Before it unreliably showed either the oldest players or the player who updated their price most recently. The same has been fixed for Gallery search, showing the people with the most of an item collected and highest shop size for those who have collected the same amounts.

And with both Account Upgrades you will 7 random pieces of the new Simerian Explorer Treasure Map. Completing the map will give you access to a new Quest, the Explorer and you can get Runes for completiting quests. Runes have the runic alphabet on then and are one of many ancient languages lost inside of Simeria. You will need runes to translate writings on the wall inside one of the Simerian Temples. It will be released next week and until then you won't know anything else about the Temple!
