BREAKING NEWS
There have been new, very interesting developments on King Baspinar's self imposed lockdown. This story starts before his majesty's Palladium Jubilee celebrations, when oil was seen gushing from the ground just outside of Biala Mountain. This could be seen for many miles and was blocking the beautiful view of Marada from the King's castle. While most of Marada quickly forgot about it, the King could not and he traced it back to the Yeti family, Biala Mountain natives.

Dave the Yeti and his wife Beti were living in Biala long before a town was established. They've watched it grow forever bigger, with each new development taking away more of their natural habitat. When their children, Sweati, Confetti and Macheti were born, they needed a bigger cave. Digging deeper into the Biala Mountain rock they struck oil - which is what we all saw!

Queen Eleka heard of their discovery and has a new evil plan. Instead of pushing forward with her sardine oil assassination plot, she will Mine Marada for all of its oil. She'll use it to rebuild her castle and ultimately, reclaim her power. The King was one of the first to hear of her plans and went into hiding....

With just a straw and his family, Dave can drink all of the oil before Queen Eleka is able to Mine Marada. When the Yetis smell oil under the ground they will stop at it. Tap and hold until their extendable straw is the correct length to reach the oil under foot. If the straw is too short or too long to reach any oil the game will end.

We are very pleased to announce that our Dress Up Dolls have been upgraded. They are now 100% mobile friendly and you will no longer need to have a browser with flash enabled.

We first released our dolls on the 1st of January, 2006 (did you know Marapets is 2 years older than Facebook?) and we were the first pet site to ever have such a feature and they were very, very innovative back then by allowing total customisation, different layering of clothes and colours to be changed for every layer. Back in 2006, Macromedia Flash was the future! Now, as you may know, flash will be obsolete in 2020 and our flash games and flash dolls would've been too. This update solves this issue and allows our players who play by mobile or tablet to update their dolls much easier.

The Lush Fountain has had a major update. It will now show every single item your doll is wearing. Click on any and it will show you every colour that you can change it to. There is no longer a difficult form for you to fill in and it is 100% mobile friendly! If you are on a Drew quest, the fountain has been updated to show you which clothing needs changing and also brings the colour you need to change right to the top. You can also now use the Lush Fountain for wardrobe items like Hair Dye, Lipsticks, etc to update those much easier and see every colour you have. There is also an option for these to only show Hair Dye colours that match colours you have unlocked from Glowing Eggs!

Drew quests have been improved. The Lush Fountain is much easier now whenever you are on a Drew quest, showing you the clothing and colours you need to complete his quest. When you start a Drew quest it will also now show you which Glowing Egg the colour code he asks for is from, with the option to Check Price of this egg.
Finally, there is a new Drew Giftbox that will allow you to change your doll to wear exactly what clothing and colour that Drew is asking for, in one click, if you have these items in your collection!

We have just released a new Goals Game. At every level you have a new goal to complete related to Nimbus. Each level gets harder to complete but you will receive a prize for completing each level. The Nimbus Goals are the 17th world to have goals and currently has 26 levels for you to complete.

Nimbus Goals have been added to the Nimbus world map.

NEW GAME
Back in April 2014, a computer virus infected the city of Ziranek as part of our Ziranek Plot. It quickly spread around Marada, even corrupting the Snowman. Ziranek was upgraded and the virus was traced back to a little toddler Huthiq called Trojan. He was sent back to Enpiah and is never allowed to leave. Trojan needs your help leaving Enpiah! You can play our new Guess the Flag game once every 12 hours. Try and guess the flag of the country that Trojan is trying to visit. If you guess correctly, he will pay you an MP reward. If you are really lucky, he may even reward you with a Shirt of that country for you to wear. There are currently 53 World Clothing shirts available to win, based on the Top 53 countries that Marapets players come from. We will add more countries in the future.

NEW MISSION
We have just released the new Mission Game in the Lost City of Simeria. Hector is an obsessive collector. Hector the Collector moved to the Lost City of Simeria to collect rare artifacts, keys, runes, bones and now hes obsessed with collecting Stamps. Other Maradans laugh at Hector for wasting all of his time collecting stamps but he hopes to change their minds by encouraging more and more Maradans to collect Stamps for their Stamp Albums.

Hector needs your help. He wants to encourage everyone in Marada to collect stamps for their own album. He has 30 different missions for you, each harder than the last. If you fail to have any of the stamps he asks for in your album, you will have to start again.
