The final release of Once-in-a-Decadal Account Upgrade Set is now on sale

We have retired all of the non-limited edition pet Party Potions and Enchanted Plushies from the previous releases. These have been replaced with new Party Crindol, Doyle, Feliz, Gonk, Jessup and Walee Potions or Enchanted Plushies. This final release has even less stock than the previous releases. As soon as it sells out, it will disappear from Account Upgrades and will not be back.

This is not a new set so any of your previous purchases still count

**This means that if you purchased four sets before any future purchases do not guarantee a Decadal**

Whenever this set sells out the Decadal will retire and not be back until our 30th Birthday in 2034

The Crindol, Doyle, Feliz, Gonk, Jessup and Walee can now wear the Party Costume

Sadly, the Rainbow in Marada has faded away. Luckily, these rainbows may appear whenever we've had a period of Rain in Marada. Can't wait that long? A new 'Marvelous Rainbow' experience has been released. Can you find it?

You can also bring a little more colour to your life at the Hair Dye Shop which now has a new shopkeeper.

Now that our new Arcade Games are being released, we can finally reveal some of the changes intended for the old flash games without ruining the surprise! The 46 Video Game bonus prizes that could be won from each of the flash games will remain as items on the game but now restock at the Video Games Shop for Score Points.

BREAKING NEWS
When it rained in Marada, the fairies were stuck. Their wings get wet and they can't fly around. This isn't good enough! Now that the rain has stopped, the Royal Fairy has commanded all fairies to practice their flying skills and she needs your help! You can play Fairy Flight up to 3 times per day for FREE. Fly each fairy through each doughnut, without missing a doughnut, flying too high or falling to the ground and you'll earn points. If you send score, you can earn 35MP per point up to a maximum of 2,000MP per game.

Fairy Flight is the first of many new Arcade Games we have on the way to replace the Flash Games we retired beginning this year. These games can be played on any browser and on any device - including Mobile! This game will also pay 5 Score Points for each play (or 10 if you have the Arcade Giftbox). You may also win a random bonus prize whenever you send score and there is a High Scores list to compete for the top score. Score Points and the Arcade Fairy will remain as a currency and counter based on all Arcade Games, Free Games and Points to Play Games. However, a new counter for these new Arcade Games will start from now and will include all future games released, most likely with a new reward fairy.

Can you find the 'Fairy Flight' Hidden Avatar?

Over the next couple of weeks and months, more details will be revealed about changes to the Monthly Checklist, bonus prizes from the old Flash Games and all of the other exciting changes and improvements we have on the way. Once again we'd like to thank all of our players, especially those who have continued to play and support us over the past 15 Years and those who purchase Account Upgrades. Without your help we'd not be able to continue to improve and grow.

A new Pyramid has opened in the Kamilah Desert. Complete all 16 pieces of the Wonky Pyramid Treasure Map from the new Genie Account Upgrade set to gain lifetime access. This ancient Wonky Pyramid has 50 levels inside. While inside the pyramid, your pet will see ancient symbols on the walls or floor which will help him safely proceed to the next level. But you will need Binary Codes to help translate.

At each level of the Pyramid, you will get a prize. It can be either items, currency, pet stats or Account Upgrade Credit. There is no time limit for completing the Pyramid, but you can only complete one level every 10 hours. If you manage to reach level 50, you will be able to add any missing clothing items to your Wardrobe!

It's Friday 19th January Again
We would like to apologise for the past few days of Site Issues. Since we moved our new servers we had issues with our firewall. This was causing random 3 minute long timeouts for days. These timeouts were giving us constant alerts about the site being up and down, so we muted these alerts. Then on Saturday 20th January, the power to the site failed and was fixed within 15 minutes. The site 'fixed itself' without us noticing as the alerts were muted. What actually happened was the database corrupted itself as the power was pulled. We noticed this within a few hours and tried to fix it. It would fix, then break again, fix then break again. We replaced the disks to see if they were broken and the same happened. We then spent 30 hours reinstalling the operating system and software and restored the site from backup. We re-opened and it happened again. Marapets had to be restored to the cleanest backup of data before this happened.

This means that your Marapets account and everything on Marapets is exactly how it was Friday 19th January at 03:15MST. Anything and everything that was done, earned, lost, played, added to collection, used, moved, etc since this time simply never happened. As the site was closed for 3 of the past 5 days, approx 48 hours of game play therefore never happened FOR EVERYONE. Nothing was lost, no one is out of pocket - your account is simply EXACTLY how it was on Friday at 3am Marapets time.

Any player that has purchased Account Upgrades Credit with Paypal since this have been manually refunded their credits for you to spend again. Anything else did not happen and we will be carrying on as normal from here. You did not technically lose or gain anything - all play since Friday 19th January at 3AM Marapets time did not happen.

Everything on your account now is yours and you will not be receiving/losing anything that happened since this time. Marapets rolled back to Friday 19th January 03:15MST and this is final.

We spent 4 sleepness nights and days working hard to stop this from happening but it could not be repaired and the decision was made to rollback to Friday. We apologise for the inconvenience but are happy to have the site back and working as it should.

The DVD Shop is restocking 13 rare new dvds for you to try and grab. They are all rarity 20 so are released in very limited numbers!

NEW WORLD
With Queen Eleka's return and the strange disappearance of King Baspinar, it was possible for Queen Eleka's Castle to reopen. Its really deserted right now, but as the Queen gets more settled, I'm sure more will be happening there...

We would like to thank everyone for their patience over the past couple of weeks while we completed very important Site Maintenance. The majority of the maintenance has been completed, so we shouldn't have any major downtime or errors again for a while. We hope you can now notice the improvements around the site, in terms of speed and bugs being fixed.

As the Plot/War event will begin soon, we thought it was time to release the new Layout for the whole event. The event is scheduled to last until the end of March - beginning of April and the war will involve new quests, restocking and of course, the new Battle Arena that will be out soon.

There will be another Email Newsletter sent over the next few weeks to let everyone know about the plot. Each newsletter will have a special code where you can collect free Account Upgrade credit and MP from the Vault! Read the full news
