There are new Profile Settings to give you greater control over what you allow/share.
You can now hide the time/date on your Activity Log so that it only shows for your friends or best friends (or no one if you set it to best friend and have none of these).
You can do the same for comments on your Blog and comments on your activity, which is coming soon.
You also have much more control over each player contacting you. You can click on the friends icon on any player's profile and change the ways that this player is able to contact you.
For example, you could have your default MaraTalk setting at 'Best Friends Only' but still visit the new 'friendship' page on a player's profile to always allow or always block a specific player from contacting you.
The Ercuw, Eyru, Oglue, Phanty, Pucu, Tasi, Troit and Zetlian can now wear the Recycled Costume.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience yesterday as we performed our Site Maintenance. After several weeks of preparation, we successfully moved Marapets from our previous servers in Texas, USA to our brand new servers in Canada. These servers were getting older and as you may be aware, had many issues in 2017 and cost us a lot to replace several parts.
This was a temporary fix until we could afford to purchase brand new ones.
We now have brand new, much faster servers giving us plenty of room to expand and keep us stable and running fast.
The site was offline yesterday as we moved all of our data across to the new servers. We performed the maintenace as quickly as we could but with so much data, it still took nearly 24 hours to complete the move. Although we are back online now, we still have a lot to do. Over the next couple of days we will continue to perform maintenance with the site open. We may have moments of timeouts or slow loading pages at random as we finish. We will let you know as soon as we are finished.
A brand new Coral Costume is now restocking in the Costume shop. 32 out of 76 pets can now wear this new costume with more on the way! This costume is actually Rarity 1 and will restock a lot more often than other costumes.

The Geek Costume was first released in September 2008 in Account Upgrades and the costume has been retired and neglected ever since. It was never popular and our revamp has turned all Geek costumed pets into a new Fancy Costume. We have released a new version of the Fancy Account Upgrade with 8 new Fancy themed items and either a Fancy coloured Dakota or Equilor Enchanted Plushie. This AU will retire February 15th.
The Chibs, Dakota, Equilor and Walee can now wear the Fancy Costume.
The Geek Ercuw, Huthiq, Justin, Lati, Osafo, Rusty and Vixen have been updated. If you have one of these pets, they have now turned into Fancy pets.

We have updated the Server Error pages on all of our different servers, colour coding the font on each one so that you can report errors to us much easier. But more importantly, they shouldn't load as often and you can refresh them now if they do!
The latest minipet Vikee is now avaliable in five different colours.
