We'd like to give all of our players an update on our plans for the next couple of months here at Marapets. First we'd like to make sure all of our players are safe and well and following the current advice of health and government officials regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.
This is an extremely stressful and emotional time for many of us and we'd like to make sure Marapets doesn't add to this, so we're pausing our random Weather Events for the next couple of months.
We know that many of you are self isolating and spending much more time at home, so we're working hard to release over a year's worth of planned new content, updates, games, features and rewards in April and May to keep you all entertained (and distracted).
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be back in a couple of weeks and we are also bringing back our June badge collecting event for 2020.
I'm actually stressed about new content (specially new collection items) being released all the time. But that's me, for most I think it's a good thing. :)
Thank you Ian and all the marapet staff. At least mara keeps me busy as our lockdown period here in SA just started.. Looking forward to all the upcoming events.. Stay safe all and keep up the good work..:):):)
@rumor I hate bringing real life stuff into a virtual world and avoid these kind of updates because I know everyones sick of hearing about it but this is gonna be my one and only post lol
I just felt like people needed to know why the weather stuff just ended suddenly
and literally, so much new stuff is coming here over the next 2 months that I also need people to know that this is 12 MONTHS OF NEWS put out in 2 and not the new normal... a one off lol
We're all in this together (i.e. quarantine/isolation) - as the song goes..
