The Peasant Fairy, a huge supporter of King Baspinar, actually agrees with his decision not to pay for Vortex Park to be rebuilt.
She remembers when this world was first destroyed and there was no help then... why should it be helped now? She believes that the Vortex Park citizens are smart and capable enough to slowly rebuild the world themselves. To prove her point, she is giving out new rewards for those who have completed 3,000 or more levels of Missions.
The Spells Shop has nine new items restocking. All of the old spells also have new artwork.
This is the same logic of "I got myself out of debt so you need to do it too instead of having it be free for all and current student loan debts removed", isn't it
Not to mention baspy is likely paying her off for this statement

I genuinely wish there were experience that looked like the puzzle/CD, DVD. Those background colors are stunning and it would be nice to see it enlarged.
