Hello rain, random events happen on games all the time. This is the reason I never wait until the last minute to get everything. Caroling started over 2 weeks ago :like:

What would be cool is to have some sort of like a community goal to reach or for example quest borak 500k times to make it snow again and whoever participated will get a prize if the goal is achieved. At least then there is something to look forward to

EXTREMELY disappointed the caroling has finished early :(
I feel even worse for the people who finally got some time to do the caroling, and now have missed out.
I'm with @Kinga, I would be absolutely willing to do heaps of Borak quests if it brings the caroling back for even 1 day. Maybe if enough people like my comment here we'll have a chance?

Cant understand why this couldnt wait til the event was over. Some of us had to work ungodly hours in retail and now finally have time to spend on caroling. January has nothing so this rain thing could have waited a few days.

note sure why santa claws is reverted back to his original giving out MP instead of ticktes now.It says nothing about santa claws in the news, only that caroling has stopped. Maybe don't leave out every detail next time.

I completely agree. Now that Christmas is over I finally had time to do some caroling. Why announce something will go through the 31st and then end it 4 days early? Not fair whatsoever. And yes I get it, life is not fair, but this is a game, not life.

Kinda funny that people who had to work during Christmas now have to work extra on Borak to bring caroling back (and even that's not a given). I had time off so I got all the stuff I needed, but I guess that sucks for the others who get doubly screwed over! Thanks for the advantage to people who got holidays off, I guess?

We all have a life outside of Mara but it doesn’t mean you can’t get the items. I bought most of what I wanted/needed because I didn’t have the time to participate like I usually do.

People saying don't wait until the last minute...did you completely forget not everyone had the time? Or are you privileged to have all day, work part time, teenaged, adult children, no partner, spare 2+ hours a day, etc...? Maybe some of you don't have the time either, but refuse to understand the frustration just because it doesn't bother you.
You are aware jobs exist, Kids, families, THE HOLIDAYS. The holidays where people are having to work extra shifts, where those shifts are taking more out of them. Last minute Christmas and feast shoppers are everywhere, and I'm sure you're one of them. They finally got a breather and Ian is all "LOL, NOPE! ENDED. EARLY. I AM PERFECTLY AWARE YOU'LL GET MAD."

"Well just buy the items then." What a ridiculous thing to come back with. It was not at all expected this event was going to be interrupted. They were wanting to get more and then buy what they needed left. Do not come up with an excuse for a legitimate complaint. Just buy them then. Really. They shouldn't have too. Because they were supposed to retire in 4 more days.

I'm sure some of you like the disruption to features the heatwave and Raining is doing, but many of us do not.
I don't really want to see this again. And if it's going interrupt events from now on, I really don't want to see it again.

I would like to note that I got all my instruments, so it only effects my ability to get more. Yet I can still defend those that were forced to buy them because they were retired early. The fact you are basically spitting on them by telling them to suck it up because" I love this new thing! Because it doesn't effect me negatively at all!" on them because they don't like it and you do is embarrassing.

This opinion that people don't get to share a negative opinion on anything but you, while you share your opinion that you'd like them to not share their opinion because you, or the person you're trying to defend is a dainty flower who must be sheltered at all cost is hypocritical. I'm sure Ian would like for everyone to like his idea's, but he is very aware that is not so, and he is able to brush it off because he is tougher then the broken terrified of opinions baby you think he is. I'm sure the artists would like everyone to like their designs, but they are aware not everyone will and still design things because they are able to brush it off because they care much less of others right to an opinion unlike you.
