any chance of putting how many levels the winners got so we can compare ours with them

I agree; I have no idea how close I got, now that I was trying to stick with one event. I'd like to know if it's not even worth bothering, or if I have a shot, especially since I accidentally won something the first time without trying and then nothing this time WHILE trying on purpose...

@waterlogged @Ephemeral It's just a guess, but based on what people who won said last month, I think it works a little bit like a raffle.. The more entries you have for an event, the more chance you have of getting something, but also the wins won't automatically go to the person with the most entries.

@waterlogged Every time you enter an event, any pets that place 1st get you one level added to your total entries for that event. At the end of the month, a raffle is held from all of those entries. More wins means more entries means more likely to win. People who won in multiple events will have entered their pets into each of those different events throughout the month. A ton of entries doesn’t guarantee a win; someone with only one entry could win. But it helps your chances to have more.

I had nearly 1700 entries and once again didnt see a prize. I see people's names on there who have no olympic trained pets at all.

So to me, it tells me that the prizes are totally random and training is a waste of time and energy

@Aus I think that the better your pets, the more first places you'll win, the more chances you do have of winning. But they have to balance the game out and make sure that players who started 10 weeks ago can at least stand some sort of chance against players who've been around for 10 years.

Plus, having trained pets means you gain olympic points faster, and players with untrained pets aren't going to get very many of those at all, so there is still a very good advantage to having trained pets.

It helps to train your pets so they place better in the events. I still train "all" my pets so they place better in competitions. Some times my best trained doesn't place well in an event they placed 1st in, in the past. I also enter "all" events throughout the month, I do not concentrate on any one in particular. I watch to see how my main trained pet places; however, I found no trend. It seems to be random, and whomever they are competing against in the event (who could be better trained), just like the older olympics did. So, keep training, keep entering as often as possible.

I'm not sure just how "random" this is. Without even looking closely, I found two people who won EXACTLY the same thing this month as last month.

I came in 2nd and only had 6 levels in what I won on. Last month 1 only had about 8 or 9 levels and won 1st.

i am still confused! Is it automatic entry? If i have been entering the olympics or is it separate?
