Rue, does your PayPal account have little calendars on the top right side? Mine only showed to Dec too, but when I clicked on the little calendar for the start date of the period, I could go back to June. Then I clicked on the heading for June inside the calendar and it showed all June transactions. Hope this helps, as my explanations are not always clear

Just going to throw this into the mix too. I often sell items for aus then use them to buy au items. There would be no proof for that either. I'm not sure this was the best way to do this. So far I'm not missing anything (I'm still checking) from these aus tho so I'm just saying this as its another scenario were proof is not possible.

I'm pretty much just missing the Enchanted Scout Chibs, a second Quell Crackers (for gallery) and the Ottra for the avvie... but with no proof I guess I'll just have to rebuy...

I guess I shouldn't have bought that second Rainbow AU x3

I bought the Scout upgrade and got the Chibs but I have no proof because I bought the AU from some guy that was selling 100AU at a time. I would buy the Scout again IF I was guaranteed to get the Chibs again.

Is there a counter anywhere for the raffle? :)

I'll still send my ticket in for the quell and hope for the best, there must be so many people who're missing quell/scout items but didn't buy AU either b/c they won AU in game, or bought it or the item off another player. Seems silly to single out these items as needing specific paypal purchase + proof to have them returned.
I am really grateful for all the work put in the past month though, not sure why some people need to construe the slightest bit of complaint/criticism as otherwise :rolleyes:

Are you serious??? Proof of purchase??? Really? I went through my paypal account and I had several purchases each month for Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and 1 for Mar....How do I know which transaction is which?

Rue: Your online Paypal will go back years! You just have to click on the time frame and tell it what months/years you want to retrieve the information from. They have it all. Only the sad part is it only says you bought an account upgrade, it won't tell you exactly what you purchased. Not sure how that will help. But it will prove you purchased AU and how many. I will go back beyond December. I do it all the time when I am looking for customer receipts. I had to go back several years for a customer receipt so I know it can be done.
