I was wondering when this would be on the news after getting the Harpy notifications

Curious if the Rewards have already been issued for Harpy and/or for ANY of the new rewards prior to the Release of the news about such rewards and Avitars, How will we get the Avitars? As of now I think I have have already maxed out on a couple of the new Rewards lines, but don't think I received the associated Avi'.
