The Pixie Costume was first released in July 2007 in Account Upgrades and the costume has been retired and forgotten about ever since. We have updated the costume and a new version of the Pixie Account Upgrade has been released, with 8 new Pixie themed items and either a Pixie coloured Lati or Murfin Enchanted Plushie. This AU will retire August 31st.
As most of you already know, there is a 1 in 3 chance of receiving a limited edition pet in most Account Upgrades. Sometimes players will buy 3 of an Account Upgrade set and not receive a limited edition pet and we have allowed everyone to send in ONE ticket to us per AU set for a free swap. From this Pixie AU, this is guaranteed and will be automatically processed for all players whenever 3 are purchased. There is no need to open a Support Ticket anymore. Please note that this is limited to once per AU set per player.
The Figaro, Lati, Lorius and Murfin can now wear the Pixie Costume.
The original Pixie pets have been updated. We hope you like the changes!
The Lati and Murfin are the only 2 that look "recognizable" ... they are busy and I wish this costume had not been redone. By the number of dislikes this pixie costume will be devalued! Sad. I wish we had the option of keeping our old one vs the new. I know only too well that the artists work very hard and their vision is theirs, and I appreciate that. But this is an epic down value for some of the species wearing the costume.
I had to buy 3 to get the Lati maker and was thankful not to have to use a support ticket that.. was the best part of this upgrade.
And artists, you are appreciated. I am sorry, but I wish this had not been redone this drastic.
Looks like a bottle of pepto exploded on them. Not a fan. Why does every part on the pets have to be the same pink. Not a fan. Glad I changed my sindi before she ended up looking like that.
Really disapprove of this! I now hate my pixie snookle, would have never used it looking like this! Also agree that when you say something will never be released again, you should keep it that way! Makes all things poxie lose their value, as well as makes me not want to spend my hard earned money on au's anymore, knowing this kind of stuff happens!
... Never liked the Pixie Costume very much, but now I really don't like it much at all. It's just.... No offense to the artist, but... I don't know how to put this.
Too uniform and pink and clumsy. Not really pixie-like.

I feel bad for the people who had pixie pets. Its one thing to redraw costumes because the art needs updating, and another to completely redesign them into something else.
Please don't redraw angel...if that happens to my angel sindi it will absolutely break my heart
I love the pixie Dakota and might have one yet. But I agree with Joel. Rereleasing one of old aus is one thing but a lot have been rereleased and that certainly is discouraging for those ppl who squirrelled away items to sell later on. Redrawing is ok. Fine. But that water costume I saw in trades for 800k almost made me cry. I went through the temple to make my chibs water. How sad.
Good redraw in opinion. Would have been better had their been more white and touches of other colours like how one had the yellow wand. Its just too same. Same. Same. Appreciate the hard work tho.

Hate the Pixie Sindi. I am not saying the costume itself is bad. It's not. But it's NOT a pixie. It's a ballerina. It's NOT a Sindi. It's basically unrecognizable. One of the main features of the Sindi are the big ears. With this costume they blend in entirely too much. The entire costume blends in too much. There was nothing wrong with the "old" pixie Sindi. It used to be one of my favorites. This is just too much.
