Meh what happened to the fun Christmas events like the New Year raffle and that stuff? This event kinda sucks because I hate being bombarded by junk as it is with Snowman/Secret Santa. Im happy to see stuff going on but this is not fun.

AT least we are questing and not clicking turkeys or presents or trees. If I had to click something I think I would click Ian's head over and over and over (not that it would do anything but release my frustration)

Anyway just quest as normal... :)

When you do any quest (not just secret santa), there's a chance that someone will be randomly chosen from the online list to receive one of the items you had to buy for your quest.

So say I did a candy tree quest and it asked me for a milk chocolate knutt, there's a chance that the milk chocolate knutt will be sent to a random online member. You still get your quest reward and everything, but there's a chance you'll also have "sent" someone a gift. If you're a recipient, you will receive a "Merry Christmas" alert. If one of your items is sent, it will tell you so at the top of the page.

It's something a little fun and different and is quite easy to opt out of. It's a bonus for doing something you'd probably be doing anyways. :thumbsup:

I think the point is an extra person will get a present, not just the one person you are giving a present to. It's just for fun. I like the idea.
