Victorianartist Have a Great Day!

Well you get about half way and then you need an electric bill to get to the next one. Since I have only had 4 in 7 years, it is now an impossible goal to complete. Before this was released I had 2 in 7 years, and then still before, I got 2 within 30 minutes of each other, They released this and no bills. So, it is impossible to complete. Like the prizes, but no chance of getting them.

It is not impossible to complete but waiting for anything random is a pain.

I had no electricity bills for years and years and since the new city was released I have had a few. Ian has increased the chances of getting an electricity bill but I am also still stuck on this level, waiting for the next bill.

After this level I will be waiting for my pets to be sent to jail so I'm sure it will be another long wait. It is not impossible though, just random. It is just annoying that we have no control over random events.

Yeah. waiting for the electricity bill is annoying. I usually use some random concoctions, go grave robbing or something like this on a non-LE to get my pet sent to jail.

Just receive my electric bill but what I need is a common cold..lol
I had to pay the bill or my pets would go to prison...lol

Took me 39 RC's to get sent to prison for these other goals.. :/ too expensive.

and I never had an electricity bill for years of being here, my first one was about last month. I really hope I can do this.
Jenoa goals and it's Keno game is a nightmare.
