okay, i've thought about this alot and i think i have the words to describe what bothers me about some of these...

all zetlian have eye ridges and sort of this "sunken" look to the eye, and because the dark one lacks that it looks like there is no depth to it... it loses some of the lizard like quality to the face...
another thing is the balance is really odd... the way the dark one is moving it looks almost quadrupedal... which is good actually, because i would like to see more quadrupedal zetlian but...

quadrupedal need more depth to the arms, like these, or else it looks like they will collapse under that weight.. it's also the fingers lacking density too (example if you see t-rex feet you see the base has density and almost spread a little on contact with ground to support weight). the motion also looks like it would trip over because the right arm is so close to the body and isn't facing outward enough, so it doesn't really look like a snapshot of something running whereas these

really keeps the linear movement of these kinds of dinosaurs.
and then the neck guards are really wide to have that choker design... it doesn't sit flush with the body, so its's kind of like when you buy your class ring but it's two sizes too big.
hopefully this explain a little bit the anatomy problems... i think if the line of motion is more smooth and also the pet has more consistency within species it would be even more good
