The Enpiah Alien was trick or treating in Undying Woods last night for Maraween and was bitten. Until November 9th, the Halloween Alien has new items that he will put up for Auction for only 1MP. These items will retire at the end of the event. If you are really lucky, you may catch a very rare or retired Halloween item!

There are 10 new prizes for 2020 - you can win a maximum of one auction every 3 hours and whenever you win an item, any bids you have on any other Halloween Alien auctions are removed.

The Pet Auctions feature has been discontinued
Pets have never been 'for sale' on MaraPets - they are not property, they are pets! They were to be cared for and if you no longer wanted a pet, you could disown or trade to a player who would want it. This has always been one of the most important rules on MaraPets - pets are not for sale. We started Pet Auctions in 2012 as a trial, to see if allowing pets to be sold here would work. After a week, we didn't like the results and stopped Limited Edition or Restricted species of pets from being sold. For years this was fine and they almost replaced the Pet Pound as a way to disown pets and for people to bid on pets they wanted.

Pet Auctions have never been a popular feature and are hardly used. A huge percentage of those who do use it do so to profit from Pet Names or to cheat (like transferring currency they gained from a multiple account). Selling pets does not make sense here and it is a lot of work to keep a feature like this open and updated when it's hardly used or used in a way it was never created to be. We have much better plans to improve the Pet Pound, Pet Trades and other plans in the future and with Pet Auctions removed, we can purge old pet names more often now!
