Juice, (apple or orange!
Toast or bread with butter and one spread
A yoghurt of any flavour
LUNCH
Two slices of bread with butter and a filling, (meat or cheese!
Two pieces of fruit and a glass of water or squash, (apple, blackcurrant, orange or grapefruit, etc....)
DINNER
Pasta or jacket potato
Cooked meat of some sort, (not fast food!
Two different vegetables,
Fruit salad with whipped cream, (optional!
Milk, water, squash or juice, (your choice!
