The Little girl

Tell me what you think of this story that I made:

Once there was a little girl named Ruby, she had everything she wanted money, friends, family toys ect. She was very happy. Ruby was going to turn 18 on Monday 23rd November, and she was very excited. She had so much to plan out for her birthday party!!!!

Then all of a sudden a big BRINGGGGG shook her, "Oh my goodness!" she said as she gave a fright from the noise. She was lying down in her big queen size pink bed, which was placed beautifully against her painted pink wall. She looked at the time...6:00pm she got off her bed and got dressed in a rush, she was getting late for her best friends birthday party.

On the invitation it said: "Come to my 18th Birthday party, which starts at 6:30pm - 8:30pm Don't be late.xxx" This invitation was only given to Stacy's (Ruby's best friend's)closest and most precious friends. Ruby was very happy that all her friends were invited, becuase she would have been feeling guilty if she didn't.

Ruby arrived at Stacy's house and ringed on the bell, while she was waiting she looked at her purple, glittery watch to see what's the time 5 min before 6:30. Whew!She wasn't late. The door opened and in front of the door was a tall thin girl dressed in a nice gold glittery dress, with her hair tied up high.

"Ruby!!!" Screamed Stacy and gave her best friend a huge hug.
"Stacy!!" screamed Ruby at the same time as Stacy.
"Come in, your just in time for the party." Ruby was scared to think that she was late she stopped in the hall and said,
"Am I late?" Stacy looked at her and smiled,
"No of course your not the rest of them are on their way they said that they were gonna be a few minutes late." Ruby looked relieved,
"So you need any help with the food and drinks?"
"Nope everything is fine, lets go ing the living room and have a little chat, I havn't spoken to you in ages!" Stacy said excitedly.
"Stacy we spoke yesterday on the phone, how has that been ages?" said Ruby with confusment,
"I know we did but it seems like forever"
"Yeah i guess so," Ruby said thinking about it.
"Guess what, Jessica has broken her leg!"
"WHAT?!" said Ruby with a lot of sympathy,
"Yeah she broke her leg in a car accident, she's fine but the only thing that's not fine is her leg!"
"Poor girl, I should really go and visit her."
"I don't think she wants to see you.." Stacy said a bit scared,
"What? why not? what did I do?" Ruby was getting very confused....
