Earthy Evaporation


A striped lemur sleeps in a hollow tree
The blue moon tells the lemur to slumber
Now, the only sound is a silent key
The silence is loud, and man yells, ???Timber!???

The old camouflage cocoa tree screams, ???Help!???
As cocoa beans drop like brown bowling balls
Machines eat the trees as fast as can be
Toucans squawk octaves as they screech their calls

Green alligators dive under for help
An aardvark tries to reach its cozy den
But pretty soon, you will hear a faint yelp
Nothing is worse than the fierce killing men

People won???t give animals a reference
Remember, we can all make a difference
