So... I made another one a few days ago (yes it took me 2 years to make a 2nd lol but that's because I'm diabetic and always watching my carb/sugar intake) and changed up the recipe, so I figured I'd make a blog with the new recipe so I'd remember it lol.
What you need:
1 can pineapple chunks (or crushed pineapple either works)
a couple bananas sliced
sliced fresh strawberries
whipped cream
chopped nuts
marachino cherries
1 box of instant vanilla or banana pudding
3/4 cups of milk
1 brick (I think a brick is 8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
either chocolate graham cracker pie shell or regular graham cracker pie shell
chocolate sauce
Instructions:
In a bowl mix instant pudding, milk and cream cheese
Put it in the pie shell
top with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and pineapple
Top that with whipped cream
Drizzle on chocolate sauce
Sprinkle on chopped nuts
Add marachino cherries
Chill an hour or 2, and then serve!
