~Winter Olympic Games Roleplay~

So, the winter has already kicked off where I am with how cold it's been, and I've hit the mood for a Winter Olympics Roleplay! Not just ANY either, as the title suggests, but Mario and Sonic Winter Olympics- which I've especially loved the winter titles for~

I haven't started one since... 2009! But I figured it was better to put in blogs, since the RP forums are dead- and I don't think my rules are best suited for them anyhow, seeing as there's certain criteria to abide by!

For Setting, It's not known how either team met or why they wanted to compete! They're also competing someplace that is not earth, and not native to either world. I haven't decided whether or not the beginning takes place during or after opening ceremony, but I'm open to suggestions for that particular aspect!

AS FOR RULES:
1. First & Foremost, ALL Mara Rules Apply. This means Nothing Inappropriate/Sensitive, at all.
2. No God-modding. This means that your character is not weak to anything, and landing only successful hits on other players- especially consistently enough to cause problems. RP is not a contest.
3. No Powerplaying. This is determining the status or actions of another character that you are NOT roleplaying as. Instead, especially for certain scenarios, please ask another player if their character(s) can be killed or possessed, beforehand to doing so.
4. This one might not actually be fair, and reduce a lot of traffic for this topic- but please, PLEASE, no "Sonic" BOOM. None of the characters, designs, or content. (This includes Sonic Forces Avatar Characters, and Wispon) I am disproportionately uncomfortable with any of it at all, and roleplay for me personally is something for me to calm down with- It will do the exact opposite if this is involved! Please Find Someplace/people else to roleplay if this rule upsets you.

I must also ask that if seeking to play as any official characters, to Not Roleplay as Any Character Introduced to the Games as of the Rio Olympics, as I want this roleplay to deviate as far from that title as possible as well. Please... don't try to debate this or the boldened out rule either, as I'd much rather not have to focus on these things at all!

Looks: Royal Blue Quills as well as Fur, although lacking such fur on her arms as well as front. While she does not have much of a figure to speak for, she has a lot of leg, and stands to be 3ft. Her most notable aspects in appearance are her eyes, which stand out to be a vivid sky blue- complimented by thick eyelashes- as well as her hair, which is not only blonde, but falls shortly after her head to frame her face at the sides. Ally can be most often seen sporting a Black T-Shirt with an icon of Sonic- particularly the shape of his head, displayed on a winged ring with red banner below. Said banner has worn down lettering that is hard to see, although it is guessed to have said "SONIC". Shirt is worn with dark blue flare jeans, as well as white gloves, and certain iconic red shoes speculated to be hand-me-downs. The only accessory she has on her person happens to be a mysterious metallic collar supporting a green orb at it's front, and so far is never seen without it.
Powers/Abilities: Has the power to manipulate as well as generate wind, and can use it for various things, such as speed or flight. Said Wind can range from Breezes to even stronger winds. Also capable of telepathy (I will not read anyone's mind unless I have permission)
Weapons: None on her person.
Weaknesses: Can't swim, anything capable of making one sleep, tends not to look out for herself within a battle (leading to vulnerability), curses, seeing friends hurt/threatened/dead will heighten vulnerability or gullibility depending on situation on hand, hypnosis (despite extended resistance on her part), If collar is removed or broken Ally will slowly lose life and will eventually die.
Other: Left-Handed. Familiar with Official/Canon Sonic characters. May not fare well on Ice, especially not initially- but takes to Snowboarding better!

(That's a hard one, honestly. Like on the one hand an opening ceremony sounds like it'd be fun to do, but on the complete other, jumping right into things may be more convenient in its own special ways. )

((Ahh, I'll let the weakness thing slide for Tiger since I know her personally as a character and that she's not godly, but all of these check through! On another note though, do you think it'd be easier to work with the opening ceremony as a start or post-opening/next day? ))
