I totally suggest getting more into The Who, Led Zep, and Elton John! I used to be in the fandoms for all three. the Who has really cool members and amazing music. Also, as for Led Zep, their third album is one of my favorite albums of all time. ^^
Oh, and I used to have a group of friends who were super into pink Floyd. I don't know that much about them but from what I do know I enjoy them so far.
I didn't see them on the list, but I think you might like Pearl Jam, too! I love Pearl Jam. ^^ They do a really cool cover of Pete Townshend's "Let my Love Open the Door", too. The singer's voice is just rly relaxing. ;__;
My favorite singer ever is Tom Petty...not sure if youd like him but he's a classic. c:
And maybe youd like Matchbox 20? Or the Goo Goo Dolls? Theyre both excellent.
Sorry for this super long post but I just have one more thing to say! have you ever seen Nirvana MTV Unplugged? Its REALLY good! I have the DVD of it. the only problem with it is that Krist (bassist) and Dave (drummer) don't have microphones, so its hard to hear what they say when the band has conversations on stage. :c its really difficult to hear anyone but kurt the entire time. but other than that its a great concert. ^^
