Goddess contracts can be purchased through bribe or the occasional Live Auction in the Graphics forum.
There are also rumors floating around about the existence of Custom Goddesses. These Goddesses could look like your avatar, OC, or could have a theme that does not yet exist on Mara! Making a contract with these Goddesses is a bit more expensive, but feel free to mail me if you're curious.
