~#CutCake
One i found most helpful. It sets you the target of a week each time. Everything will be explained in this original video. http://www.yourepeat.com/watch/?v=0umb_WksfnU

~The Butterfly Project
If you like drawing and pretty things you might enjoy this one.
RULES:
1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a pen and draw a butterfly wherever you would usually harm.
2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
3. NO scrubbing the butterfly off.
4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, it dies. If you don't cut, it lives.
5. If you have more than one, cutting kills them all.
6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special. take good care of them.
This project is very popular. Smile

~The Paper Chain Project
RULES:
1. Every day you go without self harming of any sort, add a *coloured* strip of paper to add to the chain. (or to start it!)

2. If ever you do relapse, then you add a *white* strip. This way, you are not taking away an things, and you are not wrecking how far you've already come.

3. Whenever you do feel like relapsing, look at the chain and think how far you've come.

4. Over time, the chain will grow in length. You will, as you get further in recovery, start to see a decrease in white strips, and more colourful strips!
- This project is less common but still people find it helpful. it also makes rad decor for your room where you can see how well you're doing!

~ This isn't really a project, but this can help release anger, stress and sadness. It's a great site for letting out feelings.

There is also one by the same person.

If you know of more projects, you should comment them so I can add them! Smile

Please be strong, in the end it'll be worth it.
It gets better.

The Butterfly Project one definitely does help . It may seem stupid, or trivial, but it makes you think twice.
