Kittlishes- Story & Information

"Kittlishes are a rare breed between a kitten and a rare breed of bird called the Aklish bird. Kittlishes are 3/4 Kitten and 1/4 Aklish, that's why their appearance does not look too much like a typical bird. They still hatch from eggs, and some even have wings.

Kittlishes were discovered on a deserted island about 20 years ago. Adventurers came to the island and found strange cat-like creatures with wings everywhere, and despite the harsh environment and the unkind animals around them, they were friendly and happy creatures who welcomed the adventurers well. The adventurers adopted a few of them, plus some of the rare birds on the island (one of them the Aklish) and brought it back to their home country. Experiments then showed them that these strange creatures were, in fact, a breed between the Aklish bird and felines.

Ever since that day they have been bred (which is very expensive) and sold to caring families. They come in all types of colours, shapes and sizes- some rarer than others."


You finish reading the plaque and look up to find a lady in a lab coat peering down at you with a smile on her face. You jump back, startled.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you. I'm just in charge here, I breed the kittlishes."
"Oh that's fine. You must be Dr. Frostie."
"That's me. So are you here to buy?"
"Yeah. I'm here to buy."
"Alright, this way please."

Dr. Frostie leads you to a room filled with Kittlishes jumping and flying around happily. You dodge a Kittlish that flies dangerously close to your head.

"Sorry about that, they get a bit excited."

You keep walking until you enter a room in which there are many Kittlish eggs slowly rocking side to side in their nests. You can tell they're almost ready to hatch.

"Alright. So, before we pick some I'll give you a rundown of all the necessary information to buy one."
"Alright, thanks."

"When you buy a Kittlish egg, it will take 1 week to hatch into a baby Kittlish. Then, another week for it to hatch into a teenager. And, yet another to hatch into an adult. You must mail me to get the next stage after a week has passed. Items CAN be bought to make this instant, you can buy one to just jump up one stage, and for slightly more mp you can get one to jump all the way to the adult stage. There are also items you can buy to freeze the growth- but keep in mind, breeding is ONLY available to Adult Kittlishes. There are also items you can buy to change the gender of the Kittlish. The Gender of the Kittlish is determined when the Kittlish hatches from the egg, and it's completely random what you get. Items can also be bought to add certain things to the kittlish, like wings or puffy tails, anything you can imagine, but beware- there is also a slight chance of it going wrong and bad mutation can come from it."
