I put my make up on,
So they won't see the true me,
the me I am afraid for many to see,

I spend my life hiding,
so much effort it takes to hide my face,

Maybe I could show them,
the true me,
but what happens if they laugh,
what happens if they just dont see,
See the true me,

Oh well who cares,
Yeah some days I dont fix my hair,
Or put makeup on everywhere,
I am human not a doll,
So yes some days I hide my face,
But some days I just dont care,
Because it is me,
And who are you to care.
